Fear is very personal, so in this section I’ll share my philosophical way of looking at life that has helped me process my fears and given me a way to look at change with excitement, playfulness and confidence.
I’ll also share some lessons I’ve been given about how to influence change, professionally and personally, so you can boost the likelihood of success for your ideas, dreams and goals.
I’ll cover some “symptoms” that people mistake for barriers and hopefully show that they are simply distractions. Many of these distractions are intentionally in place and perpetuated to feed fears and limit change by those that don’t want it.
The control you have over your own mind is the key to unlocking everything.
